THE DAWNS
Every company has its own history, ours speaks of a united family, linked to the culture and respect of working with enthusiasm, embracing challenges as opportunities. We are in the post-war years and the founder Arcangelo Cennamo dedicates himself body and soul to the breeding of livestock. In the 1970s, his son Gennaro, thanks to his intuition, ventured into a pioneering entrepreneurial idea by creating a warehouse of over 2,000 m2 and a small network of agents to start the distribution and marketing of pet food from well-known national brands.
THE NEW MILLENNIUM
Following in their father's footsteps, the brothers Angelo, Danilo and Diego Cennamo join forces and begin marketing food for dogs and cats and from their intuition, on the threshold of the new millennium, the new Professional Food brand was born which includes a complete line of dry food for dogs and cats.
In 2009, a new production plant for the Central and Southern Italy area with very high technological value was inaugurated in the province of Caserta.
THE NATIONAL MARKET
Through constant commitment, production capacity increases and the national sales network is expanded with the creation of a network made up of Agents, Dealers, Wholesalers and Partners of international standing. This led to the acquisition of a new factory of over 25,000 m2 for the Central and Northern Italy area which allows the group to increase its production capacity to the levels of the main European companies.
TODAY
Nowadays, the Cennamo Group continues to grow by increasing its business in Northern Italy and launching new marketing and distribution channels for its brands in the Russian and Asian markets. Furthermore, in order to be present in all segments of its market, a new high production capacity plant is built for the creation of a complete line of articles for the care and beauty of dogs and cats.

Production
Cennamo s.r.l. Industria Pet Food is a company that operates in the sector of the production of food for dogs and cats, with a very high technological value based on a modern and advanced production process which is the extrusion of the raw materials that present themselves to our eyes in the completed phase in the form of "DRY" type "CROQUETTES", i.e. with a quantity of water that generally does not exceed 10% of the product. Extrusion is a highly hygienic and rapid preparatory process where, through temperature, water, water vapor and mechanical work, it is possible to aggregate a product.
The entire industrial complex is based on the most complete and advanced automatic management of the machines and is equipped with three extrusion lines including a single-screw extruder and two brand new twin-screw extruders of the latest generation and Swiss technology which allow the company to obtain a production capacity capable of placing itself among the first in Italy and in Europe. Extrusion allows you to create foods rich in proteins and carbohydrates, improving their nutritional characteristics (digestibility and palatability).
The secret of an excellent kibble is grinding. The Cennamo srl company has three cascade mills which allow for optimal grinding which allows the division of the raw materials into very small particles which will better undergo the cooking process and will therefore be highly digestible and assimilable. Furthermore, the raw materials used are all exclusively and scientifically certified. In addition to the certification of incoming materials, the plant is equipped with its own internal laboratory which verifies its reliability in order to be increasingly credible to repay the trust of our customers and the appetite of our four-legged friends.
